One thing that I’ve learned: a person can have all the money, power and sex they can muster, but in the end it’s all emptiness. It’s like the chaf that blows in the wind. It is meaningless because it doesn’t satisfy the soul. It’s a temporary fix. It’s only treating the symptom of a much deeper longing for the meaning of life.
