The Myths of Pornography
Published by contactus March 2nd, 2006 in AbstinenceI hear this one a lot and I usually respond by trying to education the speaker. Every piece of legislation here in the United States is based on some type of moral (often Judeo-Christian) conviction. For example, laws against murder and theft can be easily traced to the Ten Commandments (”Thou shall not kill,” and “Thou shall not steal”). So we do not use our laws in this country to legislate morality. And we need strong legislation to control illegal pornography and limit its impact on our children.
