I am truly sorry about the crisis with the funding, I receive no money from any government grant. The money raised for our program comes from local support and I know we are a small city compared to some. I work part ,now, full time as a nurse at the hospital night shift, my salary comes from there and I have had to co direct with one other person to operate a CPC and now an abstinence program on a part time basis. For the programs that are up and running, do the kids feel strong enough to lead after school groups to continue, to train parents and teachers to oversee the groups? Tapping into hospital foundations based on health promotion I feel has been an untapped resource, we must get our health care institutions on board with this message, especially the christian/catholic ones. Yet, I see some of these supporting school based clinics and all their contraceptive base.

My feeling always has been we need to work outside of the schools anyway,they are so restricted and there is a big world out there.
