After being a host for revenge pornography, child pornography and sexual harassment, social media giant Twitter has blocked a number of pornographic search terms from its "photo" and "video" sections.
An article by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation claimed that Twitter's reform is important because "pornography is inherently tied to cyber-based sexual harassment, whether in the form of revenge pornography, being spammed with pornography, or having one's virtual identity co-opted by tags to pornography."
