Style and beauty YouTuber Courtney McCalmont recently released a video on her channel affirming and encouraging young women to wait to have sex until marriage. Courtney is a 21-year-old from Pennsylvania who says she wanted to make the video for "the girl out there who wants to wait until marriage but in this day and age with pop culture and with television and music out there, and everything she's seeing on social media, she just doesn't think that it's possible."
Courtney went on to explain that she decided at a very young age that she wanted to wait to have sex until marriage and that it was a personal vow she made to herself. In the video she also explains her personal experience in living out her commitment.
