Gen-Z Youth, Ages 13-24, are Sick of Hypersexualization

In a new study conducted by UCLA, 47.5% of Gen-Z age youth, ages 13-24, "think that sex and romance are too prominent in TV shows and movies."

51.5% say they want to see more realistic friendships and platonic relationships in the TV shows and movies they are watching. Gen-Z youth want representation of other types of relationships, like strong friendships, instead of just defaulting to romantic relationships.

Have you asked the Gen-Z youth in your life what their thoughts are on this topic?
