Join us as we partner with the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCSE) and over 20 other organizations as we #TackleDemand! Each year during the Super Bowl NCSE brings awareness to the issue of human trafficking. The sporting event is known to have one of the largest ties to sex trafficking in the United States.
Here are three ways you can help #TackleDemand this week:
1. Participate in our #TackleDemand campaign before the Super Bowl.
Join us in our social media awareness campaign to send the message that buying sex (the demand) perpetuates the sex trafficking of women, men, and children (the supply). You can get involved by pledging to post on social media the night of the Super Bowl. Together, our voices will create a "virtual flashmob" to educate people about the need to stop the demand for sexual exploitation. Click HERE to learn more about how you can get involved in our "virtual flashmob."
2. Learn about the links between pornography and sex trafficking at StopTraffickingDemand.com.
3. Visit Polaris to learn the warning signs of sex trafficking.
