Poland Stands for Biblical Marriage

The European Union (EU) is in the midst of a significant financial recovery from the economic toll of COVID-19. At a recent meeting of the European Commission (EC), some leaders demanded that financial support be withheld from members of the EU that did not conform to certain social policies, such as the legalization of gay marriage and adoption for same-sex couples. This would block billions of euros from many eastern European countries, including Poland.

The Polish Justice Minister, Zbigniew Ziobro, said, "There is a real risk that we may find ourselves in a situation where the EC will effectively force us to introduce the so-called homosexual marriages with the right to adopt children. Well, we cannot agree to this under any circumstances."

Despite the threat of financial duress, Poland is holding strong for the value of biblical marriage.
