Donald Trump became the first presidential candidate to sign the Anti-Porn Pledge promising to enforce obscenity laws.
The pledge, created by Enough is Enough, primarily focuses on the efforts to end child pornography and monitor other illegal material not protected by the First Amendment. The pledge also requires the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) be "aggressively enforced" by the Federal Communications Commission. This would require schools and public libraries to filter pornographic material.
